How it began

Cocoa Quiet was born on a quiet Sunday morning, when I was writing in my journal. I wanted someone else to feel the peace and the calm that I felt while journaling. I wanted them to experience the softness of the mood and what better way to do that but in a personal hand written letter. Each one was a window into a world I'd never known full of warmth, humor, grief, and love. I sat there for hours, writing.
I realized I'd never received a letter like that. Not one written just for me, with care and intention. So I decided to change that for myself, and for anyone else who felt the same quiet longing.
That feeling became Cocoa Quiet. A space where people can experience the rare gift of being written to with intention — and the even rarer gift of writing back the same way.

I'm a writer, a lover of old bookshops, and someone who has always believed that the best conversations happen on paper. I started Cocoa Quiet because I wanted to build something that felt genuinely human in a world that increasingly doesn't.
Every letter I write is a small act of faith that the person on the other end will feel it. That they'll know someone sat down, thought of them, and chose every word with care.
