Subscribe and introduce yourself
Fill out a short form telling me a little about who you are — what you love, what you're carrying, what you'd love to hear. There are no wrong answers. The more honest you are, the more personal your letter will be.
Your information is kept private and used only to write your letter.

I sit down and write to you
With your words in mind, I pick up a pen and write. Not a template. Not a form letter. A real, handwritten letter — thoughtful, warm, and meant only for you. I write the way I write in my own journal: honestly, with care, and without holding back.
Every letter is written by hand, on quality stationery, and sealed before it's sent.

How often will I receive a letter?
Members receive one handwritten letter per month. Each letter is written fresh — never repeated, never recycled.
Do I have to write back?
Not at all. Some members love the back-and-forth of a correspondence. Others simply enjoy receiving. Both are completely welcome.
Is my address kept private?
Absolutely. Your mailing address is used only to send your letter and is never shared with anyone.
Can I send a Cocoa Quiet subscription as a gift?
Yes — and it makes a beautiful one. Reach out through the contact form and we'll arrange everything.
What if I want to pause or cancel?
You can pause or cancel at any time, no questions asked. Just send us a note and we'll take care of it.
